Tax preparation involves sensitive information. Before work begins, Ready Plan Go and each firm document the systems, access, scope, subprocessors, and handling expectations required for the engagement.

Your environment and credentials

The technology is designed to operate inside the firm’s own environment or US-based cloud tenancy. The firm controls the credentials, and access is limited to the people, systems, and information required for the agreed work.

Section 7216

Before access begins, Ready Plan Go documents where work and access may occur so the firm can evaluate and obtain any consent required under Section 7216. Each firm remains responsible for determining its legal and professional obligations.

How we use AI

AI assists with repetitive document and data-entry work. Client data is not used to train AI models. A Ready Plan Go team member checks the agreed output and flags exceptions; your firm remains responsible for professional judgment, final review, and filing.

SOC 2 status

Ready Plan Go does not currently claim SOC 2 certification. We will update this page if that status changes.
