When you complete our qualification form, Ready Plan Go sends the business contact and firm information you provide to our customer relationship system, Close, so our team can prepare for and follow up on the conversation. After the form is submitted, you continue to Google Calendar to choose a time. Do not submit taxpayer information through this form.

Operational information

Information shared during a potential or active engagement is handled according to the agreements, access rules, and responsibilities established with the firm. Do not send taxpayer information through an ordinary booking description or email unless an approved process has been established.
