Is the work offshore?

Ready Plan Go is based in Canada. The technology is designed to operate inside your firm’s own environment or US-based cloud tenancy, under credentials your firm controls. Before work begins, we document where access may occur so your firm can evaluate and obtain any consent required under Section 7216.

How does Ready Plan Go use AI?

AI assists with repetitive document and data-entry work. Client data is not used to train AI models. A Ready Plan Go team member checks the agreed output and flags exceptions. Your firm remains responsible for professional judgment, final review, and filing.

How do you approach security?

Access is limited to the people, systems, and information required for the agreed scope. Deployment, credentials, subprocessors, and data handling are reviewed before work begins. Ready Plan Go does not currently claim SOC 2 certification.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on expected return volume, complexity, and the work being handled—not the number of software users. After reviewing your intake information, we provide a written scope and estimate.

Is there a minimum?

We do not publish a universal minimum. Fit depends on return volume, software, and the work you want handled. The short intake gives Taran enough context to tell you directly whether there is a fit.

What does onboarding look like?

We begin by reviewing your software setup, workflow, security requirements, forms, and tax years. We then test the agreed process on representative work and establish a clear delivery, exception, and review cadence before expanding.
